Kelly’s approach to intuitive readings combines somatic practices with insight and direction from the spirit world. This integrative approach allows clients to tap into the innate intelligence of the body, connect meaningfully with inner knowing, and communicate with loved ones who have died, ancestors, and spirit guides. Themes such as health, prosperity, relationships, career, personal transformation, life transitions, and critical turning points are explored with mindfulness and compassion. These sessions, which do not involve physical touch, are conducted while seated. Clients are welcome to enjoy a cup of our custom herbal tea. 

Kelly combines Reiki with Sound and Vibrational Therapies to gently encourage full-body relaxation, nervous system regulation, and the release of stagnant energy. Reiki is a Japanese healing modality in which hands are placed on or above the body to guide and increase the flow of universal life force energy. Sound Healing draws from ancient practices that are shown by modern scientific studies to activate the body’s rest response, encourage the release of endorphins, and assist with pain relief. These sessions, in which clients lie fully clothed on a massage table, may involve light touch and the use of Himalayan singing bowls, steady drum rhythms, tuning forks, chimes, and other healing instruments.
